What gets refreshed, how often, and what to trust when the site and the checkout disagree.
The catalog was last updated on September 13, 2026. If a price here and a price at checkout disagree, the checkout is right: that is the register, and this is a catalog.
What we update, and how often
Prices go first, and they follow the SINNO approach: every bag is re-priced on a schedule, and the figure on a card comes from our last update rather than a number typed in by hand. Colors move more slowly: a color that sells through leaves the site on the next update and comes back on the update after it returns.
Where the numbers on a page come from
Every count on this site, from the 10 styles and 26 colors to the price range in a shelf header, is read out of the catalog when the page is built. Measurements, pocket counts, strap and waist ranges, materials and slipper sizes come from our product data for each style. Ratings and rating counts are the pool of customer ratings on each style, printed as they are.
Our sources on travel, road safety and carrying
Advice on this site about carry-on liquids, keeping a bag in view while traveling, running near traffic, carrying a heavy load and shared showers draws on the agencies below. We read each page before linking it and write our advice to match what it says. Where a source does not make a claim, neither do we: none of them says a belt bag stops theft or protects your back, and we do not say so either.
Order of styles
Shelves list styles by the number of ratings they have collected, most first. Nothing is placed higher because it earns us more.
